This Website shall not be copied, distributed, linked or otherwise exploited without the express written permission of NYB and NYR first obtained. Any permitted use of this Website shall be in full and complete conformity and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.

2. No Warranties. All content on this Website has been researched and compiled by NYB and NYR from sources believed to be reliable; however, NYB and NYR make no warranties of any description concerning any content appearing therein.
