Neil Foresto is an Associate Broker and Senior Vice President of New York Residence Inc. He has been working full-time as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Manhattan since March 2007.

Fluent in Italian & Spanish, and a dual citizen of the USA & Italy, he excels at assisting foreign and domestic clients with acquiring, leasing and selling property in New York City.

Neil graduated from Hofstra University in December 2006 with High Department Honors (Marketing) and an Honors College Diploma with Distinction. He began his career as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2007, became an Associate Real Estate Broker in 2009, founded a property management company in 2011, and joined the senior management team at New York Residence Inc. in 2011.
